All Flights: Residual Disinsection
Please make sure to keep on board all documents required by the International Health Regulation 2005 and by Amendment 21 to ICAO Annex 9 including, specifically, the Certificate of Residual Disinsection. Extra-EU Flights: GenDec, Pax Manifest, Search Form
All flights arriving from extra-EU countries are required to hand in a filled-out copy of The General Declaration Form as stated by ICAO Annex 9, Appendix 1 , Passenger Manifest as reported by ICAO Annex 9, Appendix 2, and Search Form according to EU 2008/300, 2015/1998, (2025) 8005 and their amendments.
